The latest in my collection of "Songs From My Youth" depicts emotional instability / confusion as well as Inner conflict and anxiety about whether the singer really knows or understands what he is going through. The song seems moody, introspective, and a bit on the haunting side of things. I wrote this lyrics in my early 20's and I imagine that many will identify with similar experiences. The song captures that raw, unresolved emotional state—when feelings are intense but not yet understood.
